I’ve been working in independent and institutional web and systems operations since 1998, supporting academic institutions, businesses, and organizations that depend on digital platforms to do real work.
My background spans website operations, eCommerce platforms, business software, training, and documentation. Across all of it, my role has been consistent: make systems usable, keep them running, and help people understand how to use them without frustration.
I focus on established, proven tools rather than custom builds or trends. That approach prioritizes reliability, maintainability, and clarity — especially for organizations that don’t want to babysit their systems.
